Microcapsule embedding granulation refers to the technology of using natural or synthetic encapsulation materials to encapsulate solid, liquid, or even gaseous substances into a semi permeable or sealed microcapsule with a diameter ranging from 1um to 5000um. The second embedding is a new generation of microencapsulation technology developed by our company after combining emulsification, embedding, spray granulation, multistage polymerization and other technologies. On the basis of the first embedding, a layer of wall material was added for secondary embedding, which was completed simultaneously in a set of equipment, solving many problems in ordinary microcapsule embedding technology, such as unstable natural antioxidant functional factors, poor water solubility, low bioavailability, easy oxidation of functional oils, poor taste, difficult pre mixing, poor water solubility, unclearness, and unacceptable taste of amino acid substances.
